卤水-白云石法制取氧化镁中杂质铁、锰的分布

摘    要:主要研究了卤水-白云石法制取氧化镁过程中杂质铁、锰的分布情况,结果表明:原料白云石中杂质铁、锰大部分被带人产品,引起产品中铁、锰含量超标。通过对白云石进行精制试验,表明将灰乳过滤能除去一部分铁、锰杂质。若将制取过程中所得的氢氧化镁进行碳化处理,则产品质量超过了优等品的要求。

Abstract:The dirstibution of impurity Fe - Mn in the preparation of magnesia from brine and dolomite is studied in the paper. The result shows that the most of impurity Fe - Mn in dolomite is brought into the product, which leads to unqualification of product. The refinement experiments of slurry show that the part of the impurity Fe - Mn can be separated by filtration. The quality of magnesia can be over the standard of super grade product if magnesium hydroxide obtained in the process is treated by carbonation.
