| Abstract: | Lead pollution is a serious public hazard all over the world. This paper introduced mechanism and functional substances of removing lead, pointed the development problems of lead-removing functional food and analyzed its reasons, and gave a reference to prevention and treatment for lead poisoning and the development of lead-removing functional food. |
