铅毒是世界范围内公害,该文介绍促排铅作用机理及功能因子和排铅功能性食品研究进展;并指出目前排铅功能性产品中存在问题,分析其原因,旨在为排铅功能性产品开发研究和铅毒防治提供参考。

Abstract:
Lead pollution is a serious public hazard all over the world. This paper introduced mechanism and functional substances of removing lead, pointed the development problems of lead-removing functional food and analyzed its reasons, and gave a reference to prevention and treatment for lead poisoning and the development of lead-removing functional food.
