摘    要:弯曲振动圆盘作为超声珩磨的重要传声组件,其参数设计好坏对加工效果起着至关重要的作用。文中通过对弯曲振动圆盘固有频率的几种计算方法与实验结果的比较,得出了合适的圆盘振动特性参数计算公式;通过实验,发现圆盘的振动是以弯曲振动为主,且存在一定反射波的迭加;论证了局部共振理论,是复合系统的某些频率与工具杆在固定一自由条件下的谐振频率一致或接近时出现的现象。所获得的结论,对弯曲振动圆盘的尺寸设计和应用具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Flexural vibration disk is an important part of transferring ultrasonic in ultrasonic honing system, the design of its vibration parameters is significant to machining effect. Through comparing some formulas with experiments, appropriate formulas of calculating vibration parameters of disk were obtained. It is found that flexural vibration is dominating in the disk with some reflected ultrasonic through experiments. Local resonance was demonstrated too, which is a phenomenon when some frequencies of composite system accord with or are close to frequencies of resonance of tool with centre fixed and two ends free. The corresponding results provide certain reference value for the dimensional design and application of flexural vibration disk.
