摘    要:介绍海南炼油化工有限公司2 800 kt/a重油催化裂化装置通过实施工艺技术改造、设备更新、优选三剂使用以及优化操作条件等一系列节能措施后,装置能耗逐年下降,由设计的55.625 kg标油/t下降到2009年上半年平均47.8 kg标油/t,节能效果显著。

Abstract:By a series of measures of process revamping,equitments renewal,prior auxiliaries and operation conditions optimization etc.,the 2800 kt/a RFCC unit energy consumption of Hainan Company was gradually reduced from designed 55.625 kg Eoil/t to average 47.8 kg Eoil/t in the first half of 2009,the energy saving effect was remarkable.
