中空玻璃用二道密封胶性能对比研究

摘    要:
通过对欧洲和全国市场上正在使用的主流中空玻璃二道密封胶的各种性能测试,探讨了它们的加工和密封性能,指出这些密封胶在加工和密封性能上的差异将是二道密封胶选择的关键要素;聚硫密封胶在水汽透过率和惰性气体透过率两项性能指标上明显优于硅酮密封胶,是二道密封胶的最佳选择。

Abstract:
This article discusses processing and sealing of secondary sealant for insulating glass in popularity in Europe and China by tests. It points out that the differences of processing and sealing are the key factors when selecting sealant. Polysulfide sealant is the best choice for secondary sealant because it is better than silicone sealant in the performance of moisture vapor transmission rate and inert gas transmission rate.
