摘    要:
利用巴马格环吹风纺丝技术开发生产111dtex/288 f涤纶全拉伸丝。结果表明,采用纺丝温度294℃、环吹风风压25Pa、GR1温度74℃、GR2温度118℃、拉伸倍数1.66、卷绕速度4 100 m/min的工艺参数,生产状况稳定,产品性能指标达到GB/T 8960-2008优等品的水平。

Abstract:
111 dtex/288 f polyester FDY was developed and produced by Barmag circular quench air spinning tech-nology. The results showed that by using the process parameters as follows : the spinning temperature at 294 ℃, the circular quench air under the pressure of 25 Pa, the GR1 temperature at 74 ℃, GR2 temperature at 118 ℃ ,the draw-ing ratio 1.66 ,the winding speed at 4 100 m/min,the production situation was steady, the product performance in- dexes can reach the superior level of GB/T 8960-2008.
