采煤机滚筒的参数化建模

随着计算机技术的日臻成熟,以系统建模和仿真技术为核心的虚拟样机技术得到了广泛的应用,建立虚拟样机首先要建立进行机械零、部件的三维实体模型,在充分理解采煤机滚筒机械结构中各个零、部件的相对位置和装配关系的基础上,利用三维造型软件Pro/E对采煤机滚筒进行了建模。

With computer technology becoming more mature,to system modeling and simulation technology as the core of virtual prototyping technology has been widely used,to create a virtual prototype,the first is to establish three-dimensional solid model of Mechanical Parts and Components,this article based on understanding of shearer drum machine structure,the various parts and components and assembly of the relationship between the relative position,three-dimensional modeling software Pro/ E was used on the shearer drum for modeling.
