数控系统中步进电动机的变速控制及程序设计

摘    要:
步进电动机在高速运行时,往往会出现失步现象.为使数控系统以最优的方式控制进给脉冲频率,以经济型数控系统为例,分析了等加速度和变加速度两种步进电动机的变速控制运行方式,给出了具体的程序设计,通过软件控制来完成自动升降速过程.

Abstract:
When a stepper motor was running at high speed,it often appears out of step phenomenon.For the numerical control system can control feed pulse frequency by best way,this paper took the economical numerical control system for example,analyzing run mode of variable-speed control of uniform accelerated and variable accelerated step motors and giving the concrete programming design.The system finished accelerated or decelerated process automatically by controlling software.
