摘    要:
对英国BJ200-Green无缝伸缩缝材料进行了室内力学性能试验分析,重点对无缝伸缩缝胶结料及其混合料的高温稳定性和低温柔性进行检测。胶结料试验结果表明其软化点为84℃,低温界面粘粘强度为0.85 MPa,在1min内应力松弛可达到80%,具有很好的应力松弛能力。车辙试验结果表明在1万次加载作用下其永久变形小于15%,低温弯曲最大破坏应变大于20 000μm/m,具有很好的高温稳定性和低温柔性。

Abstract:
This paper provides an experimental evaluation on the mechanical properties of BJ200-Green asphalt plug joint materials.Focus is on stability at high temperature and flexibility at low temperature of the binder and the joint mixture.Binder tests indicates that the softening point is 84 ℃,adhesion strength at low temperature is 0.85 MPa.The binder can relax 80% of initial force within 60 s,indicating good relaxation performance.Rutting test on the mixture shows that permanent deformation is less than 15% after subjected to 10 000 passes of wheel loading.Three point bending test indicates that the maximum bending strain at failure is larger than 20 000 μm/m.The data obtained confirms the good performance of mixture at high and low temperature.
