基于LabVIEW的热泵干燥数据采集系统设计与试验

摘    要:主要介绍了采用CompactDAQ平台,监测热泵干燥装置运行时主要参数干燥室进出口温度和相对湿度.笔记本电脑为上位机,实时图形和数字显示监测数据并进行数据存储;CompactDAQ平台为下位机,NI 9205模块将温温度变送器的电压输出信号进行A/D转换,经USB 2.0总线传至上位机进行相关数据处理与存储.通过试验,获得了纯棉布、白萝卜干燥过程的主要干燥参数变化规律.试验结果表明:基于LabVIEW的数据采集系统在热泵干燥领域具有实际的应用价值,为实时监控物料干燥过程及干燥设备的自动控制提供了有效的途径.

Abstract:CompactDAQ platform was introduced and applied in the research.It was used to monitor the main parameters such as drying chamber inlet and outlet temperature,as well as relative humidity.
