| 摘 要： | 针对某型设备外部接口手工测试时速度慢、准确性差等问题,基于PXI总线设计了一套高灵活性的自动测试系统.对被测设备外部接口的测试需求进行了分析；基于扩展性良好的PXI总线对测试系统的硬件结构进行了总体设计；系统按照模块化、标准化、规范化思想对其软件进行设计和实现.该系统已经成功得到应用,实践表明:系统能够满足该设备的测试需求,具有良好的扩展性.
