| 摘 要： | 研制一种基于风力发电机齿轮箱润滑油的在线油品监测系统,介绍了其传感器原理、硬件、软件设计方案和通讯方式.单片机与其外围电路获得监测信号后,由485通讯传输至中控室,VB6.0设计的中控软件具有各参数处理、生成趋势图、预警和报警等功能,可实现远程实时在线监控、诊断风力发电机齿轮箱润滑油的品质状态,对风力发电机齿轮箱的工况进行分析、判断,提高风力发电机设备可利用率.通过试用与化验比较,证明了系统的正确性与实用性.
