基于调节阀的流量测量方法实验研究

摘    要:提出了一种基于调节阀的流量测量方法,以调节阀的流量特性曲线为基础,通过测量调节阀前后的差压,计算得到流经调节阀的流体流量.通过多点压力采样实验,确定了阀前相对靠近调节阀,阀后相对远离调节阀的压力采样点选定原则.通过稳态流量测量实验,发现较大的阀前后差压和较小的阀门开度时,测量精度最佳.通过非稳态流量测量实验,发现在正弦信号和随机信号阀位启闭过程中都有良好的累积流量测量精度,误差的主要来源包括阀芯的快速行进和阀芯运动方向的转换.

Abstract:A new flow rate measurement method based on control valves was proposed.With the inherent characteristic flow curve of control valves and the differential pressure between upstream and downstream,the flow rate could be acquired.Experimental study was conducted to obtain the pressure sampling sites arrangement principle that the upstream point was close to the valve and the downstream point was relatively far away.Steady flow experiment showed that larger differential pressure and smaller valve opening came with better measurement accuracy.Unsteady flow experiment showed that both the sinusoidal signal and random signal valve core movement have good measurement accuracy and the main source of errors included the valve core fast movement and the valve core reversion.
