电-液混合动力试验台控制系统研制

摘    要:电-液混合动力系统具有节能环保、续航里程长等优势,针对搭建的电-液混合动力实验平台,设计了应用于该平台的测控系统。测控系统以PC机为上位机、SIMATIC S7-1200PLC为下位机对实验台进行控制与数据采集,通过以太网实现上下位机间的数据传输。上位机监控软件由LabVIEW开发,具有数据采集、分析、显示、存储和报表打印功能,监控界面具备易于操作、可扩展性强、维护方便等优点。实验验证了测控系统的可行性,能满足实际使用需求,为在该试验台上进一步深入研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:The electro-hydraulic hybrid system has the advantages of energy conservation,environmental protection and long cruising range.The measurement and control system is developed in this paper,which is applied to the electro-hydraulic hybrid test bench.The system is composed of a host and a lower computer,and the host computer in the system is PC while the lower computer is SIMATIC S7-1200PLC,using industrial Ethernet to achieve data transmission.Upper-computer software is developed by LabVIEW.It has the functions of data acquisition,analyzing,displaying,storing system parameters and printing reports,which has advantages of friendly interface,expansibility,easy operation and convenient maintenance,etc.The feasibility of this system is validated through the test bench.The measurement and control system can achieve the functions of system status monitoring and control,and satisfy the meets of actual operation,which lays a foundation for further in-depth investigation on the test bench.
