某液压活动油源车的安全性设计研究

摘    要:某液压活动油源车在特种车辆生产和调试过程中起着辅助动力源的关键作用,其安全可靠性就显得尤为重要。结合活动油源车的构成,对其液压控制系统原理进行分析,从裕度安全性、冗余容错安全性、防差错安全性、使用安全性和安全可靠性等方面总结安全性设计要点,并对其安全可靠性指标进行计算,满足设计指标要求。针对该活动油源车的安全性分析和总结,有利于改进完善和提高设备安全性,对其他液压系统安全性设计也提供一些借鉴和参考。

Abstract:A hydraulic movable oil source vehicle plays a key role in the production and commissioning of special vehicles,and its safety is particularly important.Combined with the composition of movable oil source vehicle,the principle of its hydraulic control system is analyzed.The safety design points are summarized from margin safety,redundant fault tolerant safety,error-proof safety,use safety and safety reliability,and the safety and reliability indexes are calculated to meet the design requirements.In view of the safety analysis and summary of the movable oil source vehicle,it is helpful to improve the safety of equipment,and also provides some reference for other hydraulic system safety design.
