| 摘 要： | 以某市地铁施工为例，分析了地铁施工对周围建筑物的影响及措施，为了掌握地铁施工过程中的力学动态，制定了沉降监测方案，通过采取相应的监测方案，实现了对建筑物沉降的控制，保证了地铁施工的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | Taking the subway construction in some city as the example, the paper analyzes the influence of subway construction on surrounding buildings and the measures, makes the settlement check schemes by mastering the dynamic situation of the subway construction process, realizes the control over the buildings＇ settlement by adopting respective checking scheme, and ensures the smooth operation of the subway construction. |
