W型火焰分级燃烧的热态试验研究

摘    要:针对东方锅炉厂引进的FW公司300MW的W型火焰锅炉,设计搭建了1MW的W型火焰热态试验台,依据冷态空气动力场的试验结果设计了W型锅炉贫煤燃烧试验,研究了分级燃烧时炉膛中心温度分布规律及排放特性.实验结果表明,良好的组织W型火焰,其炉膛最高温度点应在F层中心线下部.合理的分级配风比是降低飞灰含碳量和NOx的关键,分级程度过大会引起不完全燃烧损失大幅增加,并破坏燃烧稳定性.

Abstract:A 1 MW W-shape flame test rig is established with the 300 MW W-shape flame boiler introduced from FW company by Dongfang Boiler Works as the model. On the basis of cold-state test, the tests for burning Zhangze meager coal are conducted. It is indicated that under normal conditions,The temperature of the flame center and maximum wall are below the center of the F staged air; the wall temperature on both front and back walls is evenly distributed along the wall width in the lower section of the furnace. And the wall temperature on both side walls present a parabolic distribution, with the highest temperature in the middle.
