生产20MnSi小方坯预防中间包水口堵塞的措施

摘    要:石横特钢厂连钎生产20MnSi小方坯时,钢中全Al量是中间包水口堵塞的主要原因。通过分析钢中Al的来源,采限了改变电炉冶炼工艺,控制「O」含量;合理使用铁合金;全程泡沫渣冶炼等措施,控制「Al」小于0.006%,有效地防止了水口堵塞。

Abstract:The main cause of pouring basket nozzle blockage is all aluminium content in liquid steel during continuous casting 20MnSi billet in Shiheng special steel works of Jinan iron and steel group.Through analyzing the cause of aluminium in liquid steel,taking changing melting process,controlling oxygen content in liquid steel,reasonably using of ferr alloy and controlling aluminium content in liquid steel>0 006%,the pouring basket nozzle blockage can be effectively prevention.
