季铵盐改性凹凸棒土及处理含油废水

摘    要:以季铵盐为改性剂,对凹凸棒土进行改性反应。考察了改性温度、改性时间、改性剂的用量对改性凹凸棒土去除含油废水COD的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件。结果表明,当改性温度为80℃,改性时间为90min,改性剂的用量为6%时,改性凹凸棒土除油效果最高,COD去除率可达98.40%;季铵盐表面活性剂相对分子量越大,有机改性凹凸棒土的除油能力越大。并且通过TG-DTA、FTIR对改性凹凸棒土进行了表征。

Abstract:The attapulgite was modified by quaternary ammonium salt.The preferable conditions were determined by the study of the effect of modified temperature,modified time and the amount of quaternary ammonium salt on the COD removal efficiency of oily waste water.The results show that the COD removal efficiency of modified attapulgite could reach 98.40% under the conditions of the modified temperature was 80℃,the modified time was 90min,the amount of quaternary ammonium salt was 6%.The oil removal rate increased with the increasing of the relative molecular weight of quaternary ammonium salt.And the modified attapulgite was characterized by TG-DTA and FTIR.
