TLP平台上部模块总体布置探索

TLP平台（Tension Leg Platform，即张力腿平台）作为浮式平台的一种，在国际上已广泛应用于深水油气田开发。在中国南海某油田开发前期研究中，首次涉及到TLP方案研究，并对其设计、建造和安装技术进行了探索。其中TLP上部模块总体布置技术对TLP平台的安全和总体性能有着重要影响，因此需要探索其总体布置原则和特点，分析其在总体布置上不同于导管架平台的特殊要求，并结合这些特点设计具体的布置方案。该文结合前期研究中的一个TLP开发方案实例，对TLP上部模块总体布置的特点进行了总结，供海洋石油工程设计人员参考。

Exploration on Topside General Layout of TLP

As one of the floating platforms, TLP （namely Tension Leg Platform） is wide- ly used in the development of deepwater oil and gas fields abroad. During the feasibility re- search of certain oilfield development in South China Sea, TLP plan is studied for the first time domestically, and explorations are done on the technologies of design, construction and installation of TLP. Among those technologies, topside general layout is of great significance to the safety and global performance of TLP. It＇s therefore necessary to explore the general layout guidelines and characteristics of TLP, analyze the special requirements of TLP general layout which distinguishes from jacket platform, then make the detailed plan of layout. Based on an example of TLP development plans, this paper summarizes the characteristics of TLP topside general layout, which could be of some value for offshore petroleum design engineers.
