荔湾3-1气田深水水下管汇总体设计技术研究

摘    要:水下管汇是最常用和重要的水下设施之一,本文具体针对南海深水气田荔湾3-1西区管汇的工程实例,从管汇基础、框架结构、管汇连接系统、内部管道系统和总体布置方面对深水水下管汇的总体设计技术研究进行了总结,并结合项目条件对西区管汇的设计方案,操作策略进行了研究和三维模拟,验证了荔湾气田西区管汇总体布局的ROV可操作性和设计合理性。该文的成果对于开展深水水下系统设施共性技术的研究具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Subsea manifold is one of the most common and important subsea equipments, this paper based on South China Sea LW3-1 deepwater gas field project West manifold to study the general design technologies related to foundation structure, frame structure, subsea con- nection system, the internal piping system and the general layout design of subsea manifold. Then combined with the specific project conditions to study the design scheme, operation strategy of West manifold and use three-dimensional simulations to verify the design rationality with good ROV accessibility o~ West manifold. The research results will be an important guidance for subsea manifold design and for common technology used in subsea equipments.
