摘    要:自升式钻井平台的建造下水技术随着不同的场地资源、不同的吊装设备能力、不同的设计理念、不同的项目管理文化等将会有很大的差异,在进行传统导管架、组块的场地上进行钻井平台的建造将会面临很多技术革新,需要对自升式钻井平台的设计建造技术进行优化创新,主要包括悬臂梁钻台的称重技术、桩腿的建造技术、下水技术、悬臂梁负荷试验技术等。

Abstract:The jack-up drilling platform construction and launching technology along with the different construction location, different hosting equipment ability, the different design i- dea, the different project management culture will have the very big different. The traditional offshore plaform and jacket will face many technical innovation for the first time construct it. The traditional jack-up drilling platform construction technology should be optimized according to the actual situation including the cantilever and drilling platform weighing technology, the legs construction technology, launching technology, cantilever and drilling platform loading test technology and so on.
