莱钢合金钢大方坯铸机自动化控制系统与关键技术

摘    要:莱钢合金钢大方坯连铸机采用了结晶器电磁搅拌、结晶器液压振动、动态二冷配水以及动态轻压下等多项国内外先进连铸工艺以改善铸坯内部质量,提升产品品质。与之配套的自动化控制系统,对连铸机设备进行控制的同时,对各项先进生产工艺进行了建模和控制,以达到各项指标要求。本文主要讨论了该连铸机自动化控制系统的组成结构和控制功能,重点介绍了连铸机采用的结晶器电磁搅拌、结晶器液压振动、动态二冷配水以及动态轻压下等关键技术。

Automation Control System and Key Technology of Laiwu Steel Bloom Caster for Alloy Steels

Abstract:Many advanced continuous casting technology home and broad such as mold electromagnetic stirring, mold hydraulic vibration, dynamic secondary cooling and dynamic soft reduction etc. are used in alloy steel bloom caster in Laiwu Steel, in order to improve the inner quality of the bloom. The automation control system for the Caster controlled its equipment, modeled and controlled its advanced technology, to achieve each required target. The structure and function of automation control system for this bloom caster are mainly discussed, and emphatically introduce mold electromagnetic stirring, mold hydraulic vibration, dynamic secondary cooling and dynamic soft reduction etc. key technology.
