圆筒形件不用压边拉深时的皱曲预报

摘    要:在建立皱由模型的基础上,根据压缩塑性失稳临界载荷公式,导出圆筒形件不用压迫拉深时的皱曲临界切向压应力表达式。由不皱曲条件给出不皱曲的判定式,以及由皱曲确定的极限拉深系数。

Abstract:On the basis of the constructing wrinkling models, the wrinkling critical tangent pressure formulas for a simple circular cup drawing without the pad are deduced by the compression plasticity unstability critical load formula. And the nonwrinkling judgment formula as well as the wrinkling defined limit drawing coefficient are given by the nonwrinkling condition.
