摘    要:夹杂物的去除应从初炼炉到连铸工序的每一个工艺步骤都进行严格控制,才可能达到令人满意的效果.通过控制电炉终点碳以降低初始氧含量,采用LF全程脱氧、改变精炼渣系和扩散脱氧方式,VD吹氩及弱搅拌技术和优化中间包结构、强化中间包冶金功能等措施对轴承钢的生产工艺进行了优化,实现了低氧轴承钢的冶炼.因此,控制轴承钢中夹杂物 (主要是氧化物)是一个系统的工程,不能仅依赖某一局部工艺采取措施来达到目的.

Abstract:The removal of inclusions should be controlled strictly in every step from electric furnace to continuous casting to reach a satisfactory result. To guarantee the quality of bearing steel with low oxygen content,various means are employed, such as terminal carbon content controlling in electric furnace to reduce the initial oxygen content, deoxidation through the whole LF refining process, improvement of refining slag composition and diffusion deoxidation,as wall as VD argon blowing and weak stirring technique, optimization of tundish structure, and intensified tundish metallurgy, etc. Therefore, inclusion control in bearing steel (mainly oxide) is a system engineering, and can't be achieved by only partial technical improvement.
