| 摘 要： | 针对企业在管理体制上的障碍以及法规不完善等方面导致国有资产严重流失问题,提出了只有按经济规律办事,科学地规划未来,政府及主管部门应建立健全有关法规及制度,从而提高企业业绩,减少国有资产流失。

| Abstract: | Concerning state capital losing badly because of failures of enterprise roles and regulations being not enough, this paper issues that the practice should follow economical rules and make plan scientifically, and govemment and department should make rules and regulations to make more profit for enterprise and reduce state capitalloss. |
