| 摘 要： | 采用科学、有效的检测技术,对管道的防腐层的完整性、管体腐蚀现状及环境腐蚀性等进行系统、全面检测与评价,排查管道高后果段、高风险段应力集中状况,为管道的完整性管理提供可靠依据,可有效避免管道发生腐蚀泄漏失效,实现在役管道安全、可靠的稳定运行。本文以某凝析油管道为例,介绍基于综合检测评价的管道外防腐管理体系在油田的应用效果。

| Abstract: | By using scientific and effective detection technology,the integrity of pipeline anticorrosion coating,the current situation of pipe corrosion and environmental corrosivity are systematically and comprehensively tested and evaluated,and the stress concentration status of high consequence section and high-risk section of pipeline is investigated,which can provide reliable basis for pipeline integrity management,effectively avoid corrosion leakage failure of pipeline,and realize safe,reliable and stable pipeline in service Regular operation.Taking a condensate pipeline as an example,this paper introduces the application effect of pipeline external anti-corrosion management system based on comprehensive inspection and evaluation in oilfield. |
