摘    要:本文以某铝合金(5A02)机械零件为例,基于理论计算与实际测量两方面,探讨了温度变化对机械零件测量误差的影响,定量分析二者之间的关系,从而为检测人员在实际测量过程中采取有效措施来避免或降低温度变化对测量结果的影响,以保证测量结果的准确性;同时在零件设计时设计人员也可依照产品的装配和使用环境对零件尺寸公差予以适当的调整,并明确适宜的测量环境温度,从而保证零部件的有效配合及产品的可靠运行。

Abstract:The paper takes a mechanical part(5A02) as an example. Based on both theoretical calculation and actual measurement, the influence of temperature changes on the measurement error of mechanical parts is discussed, and the relationship between the two is quantitatively analyzed, so as to provide inspectors in the actual measurement process. Take effective measures to avoid or reduce the influence of temperature changes on the measurement results to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results;at the same time, when designing parts, designers can also adjust the dimensional tolerances of the parts according to the product assembly and use environment, and make clear Appropriate measurement of ambient temperature to ensure the effective coordination of parts and reliable operation of products.
