| 摘 要： | 介绍了VAS剔除梗签设备的工作原理及使用情况。对于制叶丝工序中的VAS(或传统塔式分离器)设备和PROTOS 70卷烟机剔梗系统进行了对比实验及分析,认为通过优化调整改进PROTOS 70剔除梗签系统,就能保证烟丝中梗签被充分有效剔除,满足烟支含梗签率的工艺要求,在制丝线中取消剔除叶丝梗签设备是可行的。

| Abstract: | The working principle and performance of VAS sliver rejecting system were introduced.Comparing VAS(or traditional tower type separator) in primary processing line with pneumatic stem separator system in PROTOS 70 cigarette maker,it was found that the sliver could be effectively rejected from cut tobacco by optimizing and adjusting the separator system of PROTOS 70,its content in cigarette was below specified limit,and it was feasible to save the sliver rejecting equipment in primary processing line. |
