微波辐射合成乙酰水杨酸的研究

摘    要:以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料 ,以硫酸氢钠为催化剂 ,微波辐射合成了乙酰水杨酸 ,并考察了影响反应的因素。实验表明 :n(水杨酸 )∶n(乙酸酐 ) =1∶2 .0 ,催化剂用量为水杨酸质量的 4% ,微波输出功率为 464W ,辐射时间为 60s ,产率可达 89.5 %。

Abstract:The synthesis of acetyl salicylic acid from salicylic acid and acetic anhydride was studied with microwave radiation and sodium hydrogen sulfate as catalyst. The influential factors upon the reaction were investigated. The experimental results showed that the appropriate conditions were: molar ratio of salicylic acid to acetic anhydride was 1∶2, weight of catalyst was 4% of the salicylic acid, microwave power was 464 W, the time of radiation was 60 s. The yield was about 89.5%.
