基于遗传算法的梯级水电厂自动发电控制算法研究

摘    要:以二倍体遗传算法为基础,设计了一种梯级水电厂自动发电控制算法。该算法既可用于离线制定梯级水电厂的日发电计划,又可用于梯级水电厂的实时发电控制。算法中,出力限制条件在负荷分配方案的编码中自动满足,其它约束条件如负荷平衡、水量平衡等则在计算个体适应值时予以考虑,算法程序设计简单,收敛速度快,仿真计算验证了该算法的有效性。

Abstract:This paper presents an automatic generation control approach for cascaded hydroelectric stations. The approach is based on genetic algorithm (GA), since GA can concurrently tackle the requirements of power balance, water balance and water travel time between cascaded hydroelectric power stations. It requires a short time of calculation and can meet the real-time requirement of AGC. However, with the time-scale being set to one day's long, this approach can also be used to solve the problem of cascaded hydroelectric stations scheduling. The simulation results of Qingjiang Hydropower cascade are found to be satisfactory.
