摘    要:介绍了首批试点单位浙江省发电市场基本操作流程及其技术支持系统的基本结构和配置,分析了各功能模块的特点和要求,针对浙江电网现有EMS及AGC的情况介绍了现阶段的具体运作方法,提出了未来的发展计划,并就电力市场技术支持系统的高可用率、高可靠性、分布式技术、冗余设计、数据安全性进行了探讨。

Abstract:The operation process of Zhejiang electricity market (one of the trial operation electricity markets) and the framework, software and hardware configuration of the technique support system are presented. The technical specification of the function module is analyzed. On the basis of Zhejiang provincial power system and dispatch automation situation such as EMS and AGC, the processing method in technique support system for Zhejiang electricity market is given. The main technical requirements of the technique support system are discussed, including high utilization ratio. high reliability. distributed technology. redundance design and data security.
