摘    要:衡阳钢管(集团)有限公司60t再加热炉于2007年4月进行油改气工程,仪表控制系统采用美国Allen—Bradley公司的ControlLogiX系统,该系统既可完成PID回路控制,又可实现逻辑顺序控制,是一个集合了DCS系统优点的PLC系统。本文主要介绍了衡钢60t再加热炉仪表控制系统的配置、功能设计和人机界面。该系统应用灵活,性价比高,具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract:Hengyang Steel Tube (Group) Co., Ltd. carded out oil to gas project for the 60t reheating furnace in March 2008.The instrument control system adopted the ControlLogix system of Allen-Bradley company, U.S.A. It is a PLC system combining all the advantages of DCS system, which can achieve PID loop control as well as logic sequence control. This paper mainly introduces the configuration, functional design and Man-Machine interface of Hengstee160t reheating furnace instrument control system. This system, with a high cost-effective and flexibility, has a high promotion value.
