| 摘 要： | 分析了传统整体式凸轮轴及其加工工艺;阐述了装配式凸轮轴的技术原理及其连接方法(主要包括机械式、烧结式、焊接式等);装配式凸轮轴是发动机凸轮轴的新技术,它与传统整体式凸轮轴相比,具有质量轻、加工成本低、材料利用合理等优点。

| Abstract: | The assembled camshaft is a new technology in engine camshaft production.Compared with traditional forged or casting camshafts,assembled camshafts have advantages of lighter mass,lower machining cost and better utilization of materials.In the paper,the conventional camshafts as well as production techniques are analyzed,the principle and advantages of the assembled camshafts are discussed,There are three main connecting methods,including of welding,sintering and mechanical connecting. |
