空间钢节点焊接装配工艺研究

近年来，随着钢结构建筑的兴起，人们对钢节点的造型和质量要求越来越高。文中以提高钢节点的制作质量为出发点，以某大厦裙房屋顶异形网壳钢节点为研究对象，对钢节点焊接装配工艺展开了研究。首先，介绍了钢节点的构型特征，并经过建模、放样试制了该类型钢节点，用以辅助各项工序；然后，制定了钢节点的焊接工艺，以保证钢节点的质量和造型要求；最后，考虑到焊接残余应力可能导致钢节点焊缝处产生工艺缺陷，因而对钢节点进行有限元分析，找出残余应力最大区域并分析其是否在应力控制范围内。该空间钢节点焊接装配工艺可为同类型钢节点制作提供借鉴。

Research on Welding Assembly Technology of Space Steel Joint

In recent years, with the rise of steel structure buildings, people have increasingly high requirements on the configuration and quality of steel joints. To improve the manufacturing quality of steel joints, taking the steel joints of special-shaped reticulated shells in the podium roof of a building as the research object, the welding assembly technology of steel joints is studied in this paper. Firstly, the configuration characteristics of steel joints are introduced, and the steel joints of this type are produced after modeling and setting out to assist various processes. Then the welding technology of steel joints is formulated to ensure the quality of steel joints and the requirements of building modeling. Finally, considering that the welding residual stress will lead to process defects at the weld of steel joints, a finite element analysis is performed on the steel joints to find the area with the maximum residual stress and analyze whether it is within the stress control range. The space steel joint welding assembly process studied in this paper can provide technical reference for manufacturing of the same type of steel joint.
