摘    要:针对石油钻井中使用的随行振动胶塞与套管、岩石摩擦磨损较大的问题,提出采用芳纶纤维布复合材料来增强随行振动胶塞的耐磨性。根据Bnierley经验公式法试织出6种不同经纬密度的试样织品,借助万能磨耗机试验研究织物不同经纬密度和不同摩擦转速对芳纶纤维布复合材料耐磨性的影响。结果表明:摩擦转速一定的条件下,织物经纬密度越大,芳纶纤维布耐磨性越好;织物经纬密度相同的条件下,在一定摩擦转速范围内,芳纶纤维布耐磨性随着摩擦转速的提高而增强,但当摩擦转速过高时芳纶纤维布的耐磨性会出现下降趋势。

Abstract:In view of the great friction and wear between the traveling vibration rubber plug,casing and rock,the aramid fiber cloth composite material was used to enhance the wear resistance of the traveling vibration rubber plug.Six kinds of sample fabrics with different warp and weft densities were weaved according to Bnierley's empirical formula.The effects of different warp and weft densities and different friction speeds on the wear resistance of aramid fiber cloth composites were tested by universal wear machine.The experimental results show that under certain friction speed,the higher the warp and weft density of the fabric,the better the wear resistance of aramid fiber cloth.Under the same warp and weft density of the fabric,within a certain friction speed range,the wear resistance of aramid fiber cloth is increased with the increase of friction speed.However,when the friction speed is too high,the wear resistance of aramid fiber cloth will decline.
