摘    要:为降低机身壁板自动钻铆前的定位误差,设计一套适用于自动钻铆的机身壁板预装配工装。对机身壁板的预装配工装进行柔性化和模块化设计,使机身壁板的预装配工装满足不同型号机身壁板预装配工作要求,并适用于机身壁板的自动钻铆工作。应用遗传算法优化预装配工装小围框的各梁截面尺寸,以减轻小围框的质量,减轻自动钻铆机托架的承载质量。在完成机身壁板预装配后,可以将预装配工装整体安装在自动钻铆机的托架上,避免二次定位环节,提高机身壁板的加工效率与质量。

Design of Automatic Drilling and Riveting Machine of Preassembly Flexible Tooling for Fuselage Panel Based on Process
Abstract:In order to reduce the position error of the fuselage panel before automatic drilling and riveting, a set of fuselage panel preassembly tooling suitable for drilling and riveting machine was designed. Flexibility and modularization design of the fuselage panel was carried out to meet different types fuselage panels preassembly requirements and suitable for automatic drilling and riveting of the fuselage panel. Genetic algorithm was applied to optimize the beam section size of the small frame of the preassembly tooling, so as to reduce the weight of the small frame and reduce the load weight of the automatic drilling and riveting machine bracket. The tooling can be installed on the bracket after the fuselage panel preassembly is completed, so as to avoid the secondary positioning and improve the processing efficiency and quality of the fuselage panel.
