摘    要:本研究旨在探讨中外汽车导购网站的用户在信息需求、行为方式、使用习惯等方面的差异。通过用户需求调查,对比中国门户网站和国外新型汽车导购网站,并针对汽车导购网站的进行设计研究并检验该网站设计的优劣。研究结果显示:改进设计后的网站错误率与心智负荷程度低于原版我的产品顾问(MyProductAd—visor,MPA)同时显著提高了用户的满意度;但在表现时间与迷失程度上二者没有明显区别。该研究为国内导购甚至决策网站的设计提供了可行性的方法和建议,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:This study aims to explore probable differences in information needs, behavior and habits between Chinese users and western users of car sales website. We compared abroad Website of car sales (MPA) and the first three famous Portal Sites in China based on investigations and interviews of users. Then we translated these needs into web design plan and execute an experiment to test our design. After analysis data form experiment, we can get the conclusion that the modified Web site is better than the initial design of MPA in user' s error, satisfaction and mental work load. However, there have no significant differences in performance time and lost between these two designs. The study makes sense as it gives possible approach and advice to the design of shopping - guide website and even decision - making website in China.
