微波消解-ICP-MS测定无纺布中8种金属元素

摘    要:建立无纺布中8种金属元素的微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱的分析方法。应用Cs内标,仪器信号漂移和样品的基体效应能得到很好的补偿。对所测定元素,方法的检出限为0.01~0.10ng/mL,回收率为82%~116%,RSD小于10%(n=5)。

Abstract:A method for the determination of 8 elements in non woven fabric by microwave digestion-ICP-MSwas reported in this paper.Cs,the internal standard element,can compensate the drift of MS-signals and also reducmatrix effects in analytical solution.For all analyte elements,the detection limits are in the range of 0.01~0.10ngmL,the recoveries are in the range of 82%~116%,the relative standard deviations are less than 10%(n=5).
