基于ANSYS-PDS的矫直机工作辊可靠性分析

摘    要:在可靠性分析理论基础下,运用有限元ANSYS的PDS模块对矫直机工作辊进行可靠性分析。根据应力-强度干涉理论,以工作辊的几何尺寸、载荷及强度极限等参数作为变量,建立极限状态函数;选用Monte Carlo方法对工作辊进行计算,得到工作辊的可靠度、灵敏度图及影响可靠性的主要因素。

Abstract:Based on the theory of reliability analysis, the reliability of the roll leveler is analyzed by using the ANSYS-PDS in this paper. According to stress-strength interference theory, taking the geometry size, load and strength limit as random varia- bles, and the function of limit state is created. Using the method of Monte Carlo simulation to calculate working rolls, and the reliability, the response sensitivity and the main factors that affecting the reliability are got.
