摘    要:研究了反应合成的TiC对铜基摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,结果表明:随着Ti含量的增加,Ti与铜基摩擦材料中的润滑剂石墨反应生成了硬度较高的TiC;TiC对基体起弥散强化作用,使铜基摩擦材料的硬度相应升高;Ti含量较高的铜基材料在较高的载荷和滑动速度下具有较小的磨损率。

Abstract:The effects of TiC on the Cu based friction composites were studied.The results indicate that the hardness of Cu based friction composites increase with increaseing Ti content due to the dispersion strengthening of TiC produced through the reaction of Ti to graphite, the lubricant of Cu based friction composites.The wear rates of the composites containing high Ti content is lower than that of the composites containing low Ti content on the high load and at high sliding speeds.
