U71Mn钢轨淬火工艺及装置的改进

摘    要:针对武钢钢轨踏面硬度不均匀,硬化区硬度呈急剧变化的问题,分析了轨端帽形淬火喷雾冷却工艺及装置存在的弊端,从而采用了喷风冷却工艺,并设计了新型冷却装置.实验结果表明,采用新型冷却装置对钢轨轨端帽形进行喷风冷却淬火,钢轨性能可满足标准要求.

Abstract:In view of the problems of hardness uneven of rail tread and sharp change in the hardened zone, the shortcomings of quenching technology and equipment were analyzed in Wuhan Iron Steel Co. , Ltd. There fore, spray air cooling technology was applied and new cooling equipment was designed. Experiment results show that the new technology and equipment can meet the need of standard for rail properties .
