| 摘 要： | 济钢焦化厂采用化学清洗技术对螺旋板换热器堵塞垢行进行了清洗处理，清洗率达到７０．８％以上，减少了换热器和管道的更换，延长了设备的使用寿命，稳定了生产，降低了成本。

| Abstract: | The deposition in spiral plate heat exchanger is washed by chemical wash techology in coking plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Group General Corporation,and the cleaning ratio is up to 70 8%.This method can decrease the change of heat exchanger and tube,extend the service life of heat exchanger and decrease the production cost. |
