| 摘 要： | 简单论述了物元证券模型的建模方法，针对基建设备选购，给出了设备选购的考虑因素，并结合实例应用物元优度分析模型进行了设备优选分析，分析结果显示该方法较传统的人为定性判断有概念清晰、易操作、定量化等优点。

| Abstract: | The modeling method of matter element identification model is introduced briefly, the evaluation indexes for choosing building equipment are presented and an example which optimum choosing building equipment by advantage degree model of matter element theory is given out. The application results show the method has many advantages compared with the conventional man made judgment, such as clear concept, easy operation, quantitative and so on. Key words: matter element analysis; optimum choosing building; equipment and evaluationasured image of a standard sample-highly oriented pyrolysis graphite(HOPG).This system forms the basis of SPM's automatic measurement error correcting. |
