烤烟散烟压缩捆扎的经济性试验研究

摘    要:文章以2017年云南省曲靖市沾益县、楚雄州禄丰县和保山市昌宁县3个县级产区,300户烟农C3F烟叶约11950 kg为材料,利用基础统计分析和方差分析等统计学方法,对烟叶种植户的烤后烟叶按照标准压缩捆扎与不经捆扎的两种散叶处理方式,从捆扎后烟叶体积、使用“储存袋”数量、烟叶造碎和专业化分级效率4个方面对比分析了两种捆扎的经济性。结果表明:(1)采用压缩捆扎箱捆扎后的烟叶体积缩小,压缩比达到28.80%;(2)平均每担烟(50 kg)用袋0.99个,减少用袋0.25个,每担烟节省13元,经济效益上升0.90%;(3)平均每担烟烟叶造碎0.32 kg,减少0.43 kg造碎,种植户经济效益上升0.87%;(4)平均每担烟叶专业化分级时间0.67 h,减少0.25 h,经济效益上升5.4%。

Abstract:This study collected 11950 kg of flue-cured tobacco leaves was graded C3F as material,from 300 planters in Zhanyi,Lufeng and Changning in Yunnan Province in 2017.Based on these C3F,the comparative experiment was designed through 2 different bundling ways of tobacco leaves,and the economic performance of 2 bundling ways was estimated on 4 four aspects,the volume changing,No.of using storage baggies,tobacco leaves damage and grading efficiency.The results showed that:(1)the volume of loose-leaves using compressed bundling exhibited relatively smaller,the compression ratio reached 28.80%;(2)compressed bundling way saved 0.25 storage baggies and 13 yuan per 50 kg loose leaves compared to the uncompressed way;(3)0.43kg(per 50kg)tobacco leaves damage was saved using compressed bundling way;(4)the time cost of grading using compressed bundling way was relatively less than uncompressed bundling way,the saved time reached 0.25h.
