On The Files Management of One' s Status as a Student in University

The files management of one's status as a student in university is the historical records of students' learning course and effects. According to the rules of "The Ways of Files Management in General University", this paper points out that leadership and management should be strenghened, archivists' quality should be improved, collecting, putting in order, keeping and using work should be done well so as to serve the university and the construction of four modernixations.
