| 摘 要： | 文章从造价控制的角度分析论证了加强建设工程合同管理的重要性。提出了合同订立阶段对工程合同类型的选择，合同的工程造价支付管理、工程造价变更管理、工程造价风险管理的思路和方法，以工程合同的主动有效管理，达到控制工程造价、保证建设项目顺利实施的目的。

| Abstract: | The compact management based on manipulation of cost engineering in the stage of construction project implementation,it is a new point of view in cost manipulation to analyze and argue the fundamentality of cost engineering management.It is a precondition and law gist to cost engineering manipulation,also a problem,which is often ignored in building fulfillment.The paper brings forward the routing and means to choose the proper time for compact make,stresses the management of payment in the cost engineering,and management of chang in the cost engineering,and management of risk in the cost engineering.Through the management of efficiency and initiation to the compact,the aim of cost engineering will be attained and the right implementation will be ensured. |
