监护用脉搏式血氧饱和度检测模块的研制

摘    要:基于单片机技术的脉搏式血氧饱和度检测模块,可实时、连续、无创对动脉血氧进行监测.该模块采用透射型血氧饱和度传感器.给出了光信号发生电路及脉搏式血氧监护模块的原理结构图.模块在硬件和软件上均增加了自然光和电噪声消除功能,可更准确地反映血氧饱和度和脉率.另外,选用内含多个12位A/D、10位D/A且运算速度很高的C ignal公司的C8051单片机作为主控制和处理器,不需外接A/D和D/A,既提高了运算速度,又降低了产品成本,简化了电路设计.经实验证明,该模块结构简单,性能稳定,具有较强的抗干扰能力,准确性高.

Abstract:The pulse oxygen saturation monitoring module based on a single chip microcomputer is introduced in this paper.With this module,oxygen saturation can be monitored timely,non-invasively and continuously.The module adopts transmission type oxygen saturation sensor.The light signal electrocircuit and the configuration chart of the pulse oxygen saturation monitoring module are presented in this paper.The module has the function of eliminating nature light and electrical noise in hardware and software,so it can detect oxygen saturation and pulse accurately.In addition,we use single chip microcomputer C8051 as main controller and processor,which is made by Cignal company and is of 12bit A/D and 10bit D/A,so the module do not need additional A/D or D/A.Thus not only the operation speed is increased,but also the cost is reduced and the design of the electrical circuit is simple.Experiment shows that this module has characteristics of simple construction,good stability,anti-interference ability and high accuracy.
