| 摘 要： | 通过对烧结机头尾轮结构及使用性能的分析,重点论述了采用无屑加工的方法加工齿板外形,来提高加工精度和生产效率,既缩短了生产周期又节约了资金。并着重论述了齿板的材质及加工工艺方案,对类似产品的生产制造、尤其是批量生产具有十分重要的指导意义。 |

| Abstract: | Through analyzing about the structure and using characteristics of sintering machine head-to tail wheel,machining toothed plate profile by chipless machining is expounded,which raises the accuracy of machining and production efficient,and not only shorting production cycle but also saving fund.The material and machining techniques scheme of toothed plate are discussed,which has very important meaning for production-manufacturing of similarity production especially for the mass production. |
