盘式永磁同步风力发电机的设计

摘    要:本文介绍双转子单定子盘式永磁同步风力发电机的设计。用软磁复合(SMC)材料来形成定子铁心,同时采用结构简单的背靠背绕组,使电机的制造变得容易。用等效磁路法对5 kVA盘式永磁同步发电机进行了设计,并用有限元法对其进行了验证,计算和仿真结果表明此设计方案是可行的。

Abstract:The design of a disc type permanent magnet synchronous wind power generator with double rotors and single stator is discussed in this paper.Using soft magnet compound(SMC) material to form the stator core and using the back-to-back winding of simple construction to wind the core of the machine make the configuration of the machine easy.The disc type PMSG of 5kVA is designed by conventional equivalent magnetic circuit method and analyzed by finite element method for verification of design.The computation and...
